Prices are quoted on a case by case basis. Obviously the more damaged a photo is, or the more complex the job, the longer it will take and the greater the cost will be.
Quotes will be given, and agreed to, prior to any work commencing.
Payment will not be requested until you are completely happy with the result. If you are not happy, you don't pay! The only problem with that is, you don't get your photo fixed :)
A rough guide to prices ($AU):
The process is easy!
Step 1: Just email us with any questions you have or photos you would like us to quote on.
Step 2: We will respond to your contact within two working days - although it is usually within a few hours.
Step 3: You choose to accept our quote (or not!) and notify us.
Step 4: Once your work is completed, a watermarked copy will be emailed to you for your review.
Step 5: On acceptance of work completed you will be issued with an invoice.
Step 6: As soon as we have received your payment, your completed pictures will be sent back to you.

The easiest way to obtain a quote is for you to email the pictures to us. If you are scanning them first, please scan at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
If you do not have an electronic copy of the photo, you can use a digital camera to take a picture of the photo and email that to us. This will usually be sufficient for us to work with provided it is not blurry and is not taken on an angle.
If you are posting them to us, please use a photo mailer. These are available at your local post office. Please include your name, your preferred contact method and any questions or instructions.
