Using the latest digital restoration techniques we can restore your photos and make them look as good as new. Scratches, rips, spots, stains, discolouration, fading, insect or water damage, mould and more are easily taken care of.

Enhancing your photo to make it really stand out. Useful for such things as a glamour touch ups, removing grey hair, whitening teeth, opening closed eyes and colour adjustment

We create custom made posters and canvas prints
Creating custom made designs of all types. These are great gift ideas for young and old and can also be a very personal gesture. Kids especially love the poster designs incorporating thier names and ideas.
Prices are quoted on a case by case basis. Obviously the more damaged a photo is, or the more complex the job, the longer it will take and the greater the cost will be.
Quotes will be given, and agreed to, prior to any work commencing.
Payment will not be requested until you are completely happy with the result. If you are not happy, you don't pay! The only problem with that is, you don't get your photo fixed :)

The process is easy!
Step 1: Just email us with any questions you have or photos you would like us to quote on.
Step 2: We will respond to your contact within two working days - although it is usually within a few hours.
Step 3: You choose to accept our quote (or not!) and notify us.
Step 4: Once your work is completed, a watermarked copy will be emailed to you for your review.
Step 5: On acceptance of work completed you will be issued with an invoice.
Step 6: As soon as we have received your payment, your completed pictures will be sent back to you.

Quotes
The easiest way to obtain a quote is for you to email the pictures to us. If you are scanning them first, please scan at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
For quote purposes - if you do not have an electronic copy of the photo, you can use a digital camera to take a picture of the photo and email that to us.
If you are posting them to us, please use a photo mailer. These are available at your local post office. Please include your name, your preferred contact method and any questions or instructions.

We get asked a few questions fairly regularly, so we have decided to put them up on a Frequently Asked Questions page....so here they are!
How are you able to fix these photos?
Magic, skill and a lot of patience! We use the latest digital techniques in photo restoration and editing. This, combined with our attention to detail and experience, give us the desired results.
Do you need the original photos?
No, we do not need your originals. We can use them if that is all you have, however, a scan or good digital camera photo of the picture will be fine.
Can you print or enlarge the photos for us?
We arrange prints through another company. They are a specialist printing company - it makes sense to use them. Enlargements are setup by us, printed by them.
How do we pay?
With a big tip! :) Cant blame us for trying!
We send you an email with a paypal link in it. You do not need to use a paypal account but you do need to use the link. If you do not have a paypal account you will need a credit card. The site is secure, and has encryption so no-one can obtain your details.
If you live locally, you can always pay cash :)
What happens if we are not happy with your work?
No drama at all. Obviously there is no charge. However, you do not get to keep the work I have done - other than the watermarked review image.
How long before we get our photos done?
It really depends on our workload and the complexity of what you need done. Generally though, we aim to get your photos back to you in 2 - 5 working days.
